Make the Yuletide Gay signups open!

When the sparkly sparkly challenge comes spark-spark-sparkling along...no, wait, that doesn't scan at all.

ANYWAY. We have opened signups for Make the Yuletide Gay 2017. As usual, signup will run until October 31st. Amazingly, we actually got the front page updated in advance this year.
